ILMIKI Nursing Camp Region IV

On October 26-28 th, 2018, STIKES University Nursing Department Student Association Kusuma Husada held ILMIKI Nursing Camp in Region IV. ILMIKI Nursing Camp Region IV activities were attended by all ILMIKI members and all nursing student institutions throughout Yogyakarta and Central Java. Which is where Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta delegates five students (2 as PHW and 3 participants) on behalf of Iwan (20150320024) from PSIK 2015, Sofia Mutmainnah (20160320060) from PSIK UMY 2016, Andri Hermawan (20170320046) from PSIK 2017, Bakhtawar Islamiridha (20170320016) from PSIK 2017, and Rofifah Almas Sari (20170320004) from PSIK 2017

This activity aims to produce cadres or future generations who have leadership and have a noble character and ethics both in organization and community life. The benefits of this activity are to establish family relationships between S1 students of Nursing Sciences IV Region IV, bringing together ideas and views for the advancement of the organization, improving relationships and good cooperation between students, both internal and external in the campus, and as a form of student self-actualization nursing in increasing professional professionalism. This activity lasted for three days which took place at Tawangmangu Resort.

Activities on the first day on October 26 th, 2018, activities began with a symbolic opening ceremony, and a welcome speech. Then continued with Friday prayers, lunch and the first material about brainstorming, second material about Negotiation, lobbying and advocacy and third material about Problem Solving. On the second day of October 27, 2018 activities began with morning gymnastics, breakfast, and continued with the fourth material on leadership, the fifth material on fundrising, the sixth material on grand design and seventh material about self motivation in organizations. This evening’s program was held by art participants from participants who had been divided into several groups. On the third day this activity began with morning gymnastics, breakfast and continued with outbound, after the outbound session participants were invited to clean up, lunch, closing and returning participants.

With this delegation sending participants can add knowledge and experience, facilitate  communication and coordination between Yogyakarta and Central Java S1 Nursing students, and delegates can have a broader view and can contribute better in the world of nursing. Rofifah
